Return Window
Items may be returned for a refund if postmarked within 14 calendar days of your package’s received date.
Return Shipping & Tax
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds will exclude any original taxes tied to the returned item(s).
We do not accept returns sent “freight collect” or “cash on delivery” – such packages will be refused. For international returns, any customs duties or import taxes on the return are the customer’s responsibility; if we must pay them, we will deduct the amount from your refund.

To qualify for a refund, items must be:

Unused and unworn, in the same condition as received

Accompanied by original tags, packaging, and any accessories

Not designated as sale or beauty items (these cannot be refunded or exchanged)

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To get a different size or item:

Return your current full‑priced purchase within the 14‑day window

Place a new order for your preferred item
This ensures smooth processing and avoids inventory issues.

Ship your return via a traceable method and use a prepaid shipping service. Do not use “cash on delivery” or “freight collect” – such shipments will be refused. Retain your tracking number for reference.

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we’ll process your refund—typically within 5–10 business days of receipt.
⚠️ Issues in Transit
The Front Row Shop is not liable for packages lost or damaged during return shipment. We strongly recommend using a service with tracking or insurance.
