Shipping:

We ship to the following countries and regions: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Macau, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovenia, Slovakia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United States, United Kingdom, Vietnam.

We use €15 express shipping to all countries. Usually it takes 3-10 business days to arrive depending on the destination.

Normally, we need 1 or 2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and sale days) to process your order. The time it takes to prepare your items for shipping is separate from the delivery time. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will notify you of the carrier and the shipping tracking number.

 

Duties and Taxes

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination county and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.

 

Returns Policy:

  1. Exchanges are not available.
  2. Must be returned within 15 days of received date.
  3. Returned items must have not been worn, altered, washed and all tags should be attached. All swimwear, jewelry, hair accessories, hats and bodysuits are final sale.
  4. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition.
  5. Products marked FINAL SALE can not be returned or exchanged.
  6. Original shipping charges, handling and customs charges are non-refundable.
  7. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

We have the right to deny credit if the items returned do not meet our return policy standards. 

Notice:

Returns must be shipped prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D deliveries.

 

Return Procedure:

Please go to our Returns Center to request a return of your order. Please follow the instructions and choose the item you would like to return.You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines. At last, please don’t forget to provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers if applicable. You can keep tracking your package by receiving email for shipment updates.

 

Refund

Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. International Credit Card refund need some time to arrive to your account.
